National Salvage & Service Corporation is an On-track services provider to Class I, Short Line, and Industry railroads providing Scrap railroad tie pickup and recycling, change-out rail pickup and processing, and abandoned line removal.

As part of our recovery services, we offer for sale used railroad ties (both landscape and relay), and relay rail and otm. National maintains (2) facilities in North Carolina (Goldsboro and Leland, NC) where we grind scrap ties to be sold into the Biomass power plant and paper mill industries as boiler fuel.
